Cancellations & Transfer Policies

All cancellations & transfers are done on the back-end of the registration site, please contact cse@uoguelph.ca or call 519-824-4120 Ext. 53045 to complete the cancellation or transfer.

Cancellation

In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be made more than 2 weeks prior to the session start date in which the camper is enrolled. Cancellations after this time will be subjected to a depreciating value.

  • Less than 2 weeks before camp:  75% refund
  • Less than 1 week before camp: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before camp: 25% refund
  • On the First Day of camp: No Refund

Please note we do not refund missing days.

Example of Cancellation Protocol

For example, if your child is registered for camp the week of Monday July 6th – Friday July 10th here is the following protocol for cancellation:

  • Cancellation before Monday June 22nd = 100% refund
  • Cancellation between Monday June 22nd – Sunday June 28th = 75% refund
  • Cancellation between Monday June 29th – Friday July 3rd = 50% refund
  • Cancellation on Saturday July 4th & Sunday July 5th = 25% refund
  • Cancellation on Monday July 6th = No refund

Transfer

Camp transfers are free of charge, however it is dependent on the availability of each camp.

Please note, pizza orders & extended care do not transfer with the camp transfer and will therefore need to be refunded and re-ordered for the proper camp.
