How Do I Register?

***A Pre-Camp Package containing more info (including Pick-up Authorization, Medical Information, Special Considerations forms, specific pick-up/drop-0ff locations & more) will be sent via email prior to camp.***

• We are bringing back our Multi-Camp Discount!

After your first camp registration, you will receive $15.00 off every additional CE camp registration fee when signing-up for multiple sections at once. This deal only lasts until February 28th, 2024 so DO NOT MISS OUT!

• Families who are in need of financial support are welcome to apply for a Creative Encounters+Guelph Children’s Foundation bursary fund.

IMPORTANT:

• Age groups/grade ranges refer to the grade your child will enter in the fall 2024 school term.
  • Creative Encounters reserves the right to remove youth registered in the incorrect age group/grade range from programming.
• Camper age is calculated by how old they will be on December 31st, 2024.
• Camp content within a theme does not change from week to week.
• We are camp, not school! Expect lots of crafts, play, and fun integrated in and separate from our STEM lessons!
